Today, we leveled up our taekwondo skills by mastering the Spinning Hook Kick! 🌀🦶 It’s one of the most dynamic and powerful techniques, and I’m so proud of my students for their focus, determination, and progress. 💪🔥

From perfecting the spin to nailing the timing and precision, everyone did their best.

This weekend at our Wong Chuk Hang branch, our incredible students stepped onto the mat and gave it their ALL at the sparring competition! 💥👊 We couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of them for showing courage, determination, and sportsmanship.

Whether they took home a medal or not, they’ve already won by pushing their limits, supporting their teammates, and embodying the true spirit of martial arts. 🥋✨
