Ages 9 – 13

Fitness is prioritized for its physical and mental health benefits, particularly as students begin to concentrate on their academic pursuits. Additionally, we cultivate leadership abilities by allowing them to instruct lower belt students, as we typically see an increase in Black Belt students at this stage.

The skills and attributes they acquire during class will extend beyond the dojang, influencing their homes, classrooms, and overall lives. They will gain an understanding of the importance of self-control, discipline, respect, and perseverance. We strive to steer students toward the right path as they encounter greater challenges and significant life choices.
