We put fitness highly for healthy and mental benefits as students start to focus on their studies. We also train leadership skills by letting them teach lower belt students as by this age, we start to have more Black Belt students. The tools and qualities they learn during class will follow them to their homes, classrooms, and the rest of their lives. They will learn the benefits of self-control, discipline, respect, and persistence. We do our best to guide students in the correct path as they face more challenges and important life decisions.
