Ages 6 – 9

The program for children aged 6 to 9 is structured to enhance students’ physical fitness through cardiovascular and strength training exercises. The classes and drills are engaging and dynamic, utilizing colored belts to recognize progress and students into skill levels.

We provide appropriate challenges to foster their self-esteem during these crucial developmental years. Additionally, given their improved communication abilities compared to younger children aged 3 to 6, we will emphasize the importance of respect and discipline, along with comprehensive instruction on Taekwondo techniques.
