Ages 6 – 9

Our Ages 6 – 9 Program is designed to improve students’ fitness with cardiovascular and strength training. Classes and drills are active and motivating, with colored belts to reward development and divide students safely into skill groups. We give them suitable challenges to boost their confidence during these important years. Lastly, as their communication skills higher than Ages 3 – 6, we will teach the value of respect and discipline as well as detailed instructions on Taekwondo techniques.
